Professor Lam is a renowned researcher and practitioner specializing in Cyber Security, Privacy, Digital Trust and Intelligent Systems. He sets and communicates the company’s strategic direction and long-term goals, providing thought leadership and direction in the technological development and implementation of LLM technologies.

He received his Ph.D from the University of Cambridge, U.K. He has decades of experience collaborating extensively with law-enforcement agencies, government regulators, telecom operators and financial institutions in various aspects of Cyber Security, Privacy and Artificial Intelligence.

He was nominated Asia’s Most Influential Scientist Award by Fortune Times, 2022 and holds the Singapore Cybersecurity Hall of Fame award, by the Association of Information Security Professionals, 2022.
